Rumjhum Chatterjee

Chairperson, Feedback Foundation

Ms. Rumjhum Chatterjee, a prominent figure in the infrastructure sector, is known for her strategic leadership and deep commitment to human capital management. She co-founded The Infravision Foundation and played a pivotal role in establishing Feedback Infra Group, where she served as Group Managing Director until 2021.

Recognized as one of the 20 Most Talented HR Leaders in India by the World HRD Congress in 2013, Ms. Chatterjee has been a trailblazer in advocating for women's empowerment. She made history as the first woman Chairperson of the CII Northern Regional Council from 2016 to 2017, overseeing operations in nine states.

Her passion for empowering women is evident in her role as Chairperson of the CII Women Exemplar Program from 2015 to 2017 and her continued involvement as a member of the Selection Committee. Ms. Chatterjee has also championed women's causes at the national level, representing industry perspectives to Indian Parliamentarians and engaging in discussions on women's empowerment with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe during his visit to India in January 2014.

Currently, Ms. Chatterjee chairs CII's Centre for Women’s Leadership, showcasing her ongoing dedication to advancing women in the workplace. She brings her wealth of experience to the boards of Somany Ceramics Limited and C&S Electric Limited as an Independent Director. Additionally, she plays a pivotal role in governance as a member of the Governing Body of HelpAge India and its Vice Chairperson.

She also serves as the Chairperson of Feedback Foundation, demonstrating her holistic approach to social impact.

With an educational background in Psychology from Calcutta University, she combines her academic knowledge with her practical experience to drive meaningful change in the infrastructure and social sectors.

Ms. Pritha Dutt

Trustee, Feedback Foundation

Pritha is the Founder of MeraBizNet, a phygital platform enabling women-owned enterprises from low- and middle-income backgrounds. She also serves as Chairperson, Centre for Gender Equality & Inclusive Leadership (CGEIL), XLRI, driving gender equity across formal and informal workplaces through research, education, advocacy, and on-ground initiatives.

An XLRI MBA and MA in Extension & Development (IGNOU), Pritha brings deep leadership experience across corporate and development sectors, with senior roles at Akzo Nobel (ICI Inc.), Bharti Tele Ventures, and Oberoi Hotels & Resorts. She is an Independent Director on the boards of DIC India and Dalmia Bharat Refractories, and serves on several advisory and trustee boards.

A recognized thought leader in skills, employment, and inclusive leadership, she has contributed extensively to academia and policy, and was awarded Iconic Woman of Substance by the Women Economic Forum (2022).

Shefali Chaturvedi

Trustee, Feedback Foundation

Shefali is a senior development professional with 27 years at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) (1991–2018), where she held leadership roles in social development, policy advocacy, and industry–government engagement.

She led several CII-promoted and independent institutions, including Founder CEO of the CII Foundation, CEO of the India@75 Foundation, and CEO of the Overseas Indian Facilitation Centre (OIFC), a special purpose vehicle of the Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs, Government of India, and CII. She also served as Founding Director of the Indian Business Trust for HIV/AIDS, Director of Young Indians (Yi), and Founding Executive Director of the Society of Indian Defence Manufacturers (SIDM).

She anchored and convened multiple national missions and committees, notably as Lead Anchor for CII on the National Mission on Swachh Bharat. She convened CII National Committees on CSR, Women Empowerment, Disability, Manufacturing, Public Sector, and Made in India Trade Shows Overseas, and served on the Governing Council of the National Skill Council for Persons with Disabilities.

She represented CII at national and international forums, engaging with UN agencies, the World Bank, and the ILO on public health, HIV/AIDS, sanitation, migration, disaster relief, and wildlife conservation. Her work involved close collaboration with government, industry, civil society, media, and global institutions.

Shefali Chaturvedi holds an MA in English Literature and a BA (Honours) in English from Delhi University.

Mr. Sudhanshu Malhotra

Sudhanshu is a seasoned management professional with over 20 years of experience in the social development and infrastructure sectors. His expertise includes government affairs, programme management, partnerships, project execution, strategic planning, policy analysis, and organizational growth.

He has led strategic projects across India, Cambodia, Africa, the Middle East, and the United Kingdom, while building partnerships with governments, multilateral agencies such as the World Bank, International Finance Corporation, Asian Development Bank, and United Nations agencies, along with private and development sector institutions.

Currently, he leads the growth of a research and advisory services organization working across South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa, focusing on technology and data-driven solutions for social impact.

He holds a Master’s degree in IT Strategy from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a bachelor’s degree in information technology from University of Delhi.
