Initially burdened with 1,550 tons of legacy waste, posing environmental threats to nearby residents, the site underwent a meticulous cleanup by the Feedback Foundation team. The legacy waste was remediated, converting a once-troubling environmental site into a catalyst for positive change. The reclaimed space is now a lively recreational area with a badminton court, ready to host tournaments and community events. Additionally, the Brahmaputra Bank has been reimagined as a picturesque selfie point, enhancing the overall landscape. This incredible journey stands as a testament to the effectiveness of collective action and responsible waste management practices.
