The Annual Retreat at Feedback Foundation is eagerly looked forward to. This time, teams from across the country came together at a resort in Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh from 23-25 April, 2018. Everyone bonded over some exciting games and team-building activities. Also, Chairperson Ms Rumjhum Chatterjee’s presence lifted everyone’s spirits and added to the cheerfulness. Sessions on personal and organizational growth as well as internal and external communications were imparted and the teams were recognized for the successful completion of the assigned projects. A special memento was also awarded to all the 45 participants. The retreat was a truly wonderful and refreshing experience that left everyone with many beautiful memories.

FF organized its third three day annual staff retreat at Ashok Country Resort, Kapashera, New Delhi from 7^th – 9^th April 2017 and was attend by 42 staff.

FF organized its annual staff retreat at Ashok Country Resort, Kapashera, New Delhi from 7^th – 9^th April 2017. All the employees got to understand the company and its culture better. The employees also got the opportunity to know each other. Mrs. Rumjhum Chatterjee, Chairperson and Mr. Ajay Sinha, CEO shared the company’s vision and strategy for FY 17-18.  Employees were also asked to share their views and expectations, which were given due consideration.  Mr. Harsh Srivastava, Head – Marketing and Communications apprised the participants about the business scenario of FF and its achievements and long term goal. 

There were fun activities, team building games and a session on naturopathy which enlightened the group on how to lead a healthy life by following naturopathy principles. This was followed by a relaxing session on meditation. Another wonderful session on ‘Living and leading a positive life’ was organized. The participants became aware of positive thinking and how we attract things into one’s life. Another important action towards positive living is to be thankful in life. Gratitude heightens quality of life and an exercise on gratitude was done. The session concluded with a relaxing mental exercise.

On the last day, the participants got an opportunity to meet the esteemed trustees. Mr. Vinayak Chatterjee, Group Chairman, Feedback Infra and Mr. R S Ramasubramaniam, Group Co-Chairman, Feedback Infra appreciated Mr. Ajay Sinha and his team for their efforts.  They agreed to Mr. Sinha’s proposal of forming a “Centre of Excellence” and said that institutionalization is very important and actions should be initiated in this direction. This decision was welcomed with great cheer by all participants. Trophies and gifts were given to all the participants and the retreat ended with a group photograph.

This retreat will long be remembered as a fun, enlightening, and a great experience for all. Everyone had a great time. Employees came back pumped up, motivated, and proud to be part of the FF family.
