A Five-day Training of Mobilizers (ToM) has been facilitated by Feedback Foundation at Goroka District of Papua New Guinea from 1st – 5th October, 2019. This workshop was aimed at enhancing the capacity of the Community Mobilizers on CLTS approach and creating a critical and dedicated district resource pool to augment and accelerate the implementation of safe sanitation and hygiene related activities to make the District ODF. 84 mobilizers from Goroka district have been trained in the workshop. This workshop was organized by the Implementation Partner, Oxfam and supported by UNICEF.
This workshop is a part of the interventions being carried out under the UNICEF supported project titled, ‘Strengthening the CLTS Capacity of four District Teams of Papua New Guinea viz. Central Bougainville, Nawaeb, Goroka and Mt Hagen’.
