Feedback Foundation Charitable Trust, as a Swachhata knowledge partner, facilitated a two-day exposure visit for over 150 officials from Ichalkaranji Municipal Corporation to Indore Municipal Corporation on 17–18 March 2026.

The visit was designed to provide hands-on learning and practical insights into India’s leading solid waste management systems. Officials were taken through the complete SWM value chain in Indore, including door-to-door collection, source segregation, Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs), composting units, and scientific waste processing systems.

Interactive sessions with municipal officials and on-ground teams enabled knowledge exchange on operational efficiency, citizen engagement, and sustainable practices. The exposure aimed to strengthen institutional capacity and support replication of proven models in Ichalkaranji.

This initiative reflects Feedback Foundation’s continued commitment to enabling Urban Local Bodies with practical, scalable solutions for achieving sustainable and efficient waste management systems.
