Implementing the RRR Plan with special focus on providing capacity building solutions to the PAFs.

Preparing Community Development Plan at the R&R Colony and CBMs in the project affected village and peripheral areas.

Capacity Building for the affected families.

Developing a sense of equity and ownership amongst the community in their new colony to ensure progressively lower dependence on the company for aspects pertaining to the O&M of the resettlement colony.

Setting up, guiding and handholding the institutional framework for the resettled communities.
