Feedback Foundation creates business and social values, plans for community engagement, short, mid and long term strategic CSR roadmap. It addresses the issue of supply chain for sustainability and creation of shared approaches.
These services hereby support the cross-cutting areas of skills and livelihoods, education and empowerment, health and safety and environment, which complements Feedback Foundation’s key domain of expertise. These sectors can be seen below:
Feedback Foundation, along with support from various international agencies, has been actively engaged in implementing rural sanitation initiatives across the country, which include Total Sanitation Campaign, Nirmal Bharat Abhiyaan and Swachh Bharat Mission – (G) since the year 2006.
Feedback Foundation also supports the government across urban India too for implementing the Swachh Bharat Mission - (U), with support from the corporate sector, state governments and international agencies. It uses the Citizen Approaches to Sanitation (CAS) on behalf of Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) to create ODF slums, Decentralized Solid and Liquid Wastes Management etc. and enable them to become completely sanitized.
Feedback Foundation is also working across various states in India to inculcate behaviour change and institutionalize operations and maintenance systems for school toilets and sanitation, in general. It strongly feels that the alchemy in sanitation can help ensure overall well-being of the community.
We believe that education is the primary source of development for the society. Feedback Foundation’s education initiative identifies the never enrolled and vulnerable children living in slums and mainstreaming them through planned and strategic formal and remedial education.
Feedback Foundation has collaborated with Max India Foundation to address the community’s health issues by undertaking initiatives like general medical check-ups immunization and referral services.

Besides health and services, these initiatives thereby support the areas of skills and livelihood and education which complement Feedback Foundation’s key domain of expertise.
Rural women globally face persistent gaps in access to resources, knowledge and services. Due to cultural attitudes, discrimination and a lack of recognition for their role, women have a reduced access to productive resources. Lack of access to services and infrastructure takes away time from education and other opportunities and this gap disproportionately affects women and girls.
In the areas of interventions, Feedback Foundation strives to improve the resilience of women by further strengthening their skills through empowerment, education, information, healthcare provision and economic self-reliance through convergence of services.
Community mapping is done to gauge the financial stability and community is then sensitized about the various schemes and linkages with the financial institutions. They are oriented about the procedure to gain benefits of these schemes provided by the Central and State Government for financial stability.
