Feedback Foundation organised an enlightening Orientation Programme for our invaluable sanitation workers at the Mini Sanitation Park, Sripura on May 5th, 2024!
In the presence of 8 dedicated SwachhaSainiks, 3 committed SwachhaSarathis, our esteemed vendor, and the JSW CSR head with their amazing team, we embarked on a journey of knowledge and empowerment.
The session was initiated with self-introductions and sharing of common objectives among participants. The agenda was to understand the concept of waste, explore the crucial role of sanitation workers and learn about the importance of professional conduct.
The session also organised a live demonstration of waste segregation and delved into effective waste management techniques. The session concluded with brainstorming a strategic plan for seamless road sweeping and secondary point cleaning, ensuring our streets remain clean and pristine.
